Programs at Courage Martial Arts are designed to ensure success of the student.

Junior Martial Arts

ages 3-6

This program is designed for the littlest martial artists. Through high energy games and activities students learn martial arts fundamentals in a positive and encouraging environment. Every class ends with a fun game!

Martial Arts

Kids program: ages 7-13

Adults program: ages 14+

Following traditional martial arts progression through belts, students work toward their black belt. Classes focus on fitness, fundamentals, self-defense, kata, sparing and grappling. Kids classes end with a fun game!

Accommodations are available for all classes and skills development are at the pace of the student. 

Weapons Classes

Intermediate belt and up students can enrich their martial arts training by including classes specifically focused on weapons training. Weapons taught include bo, nunchucks, escrima sticks, and kama.

Fitness Kickboxing

ages 14+

These classes are for everyone! By incorporating the cardio workout of kickboxing, along with strength building these classes provide a fun and engaging way to add some movement to your week. No prior martial arts skill needed (technique pointers will be provided). All exercises will be provided with accommodations for all skill levels – everyone is included!

Private Lessons 

Students looking for additional support or specific area of focus can try private lessons.
